Al weer ruim 2 weken thuis. Daarin 2 verjaardagen gevierd. Die van mijn dochter, en mijn eigen 53e verjaardag! Het zal iedereen duidelijk zijn dat dit heel bijzondere momenten zijn geweest. Een week of 7 geleden zag het er niet naar uit dat ik deze dagen nog mee zou maken, en nu hebben we toch de feestjes kunnen vieren 🙂
Mijn herstel gaat met ups- en downs. De afgelopen week heb ik meer last van de wonden op mijn benen gekregen. De “schaafwonden” die bijna genezen waren zijn weer open gesprongen. Woensdag zijn we voor controle in het UMCU naar de plastisch chirurg geweest. Was een hele onderneming met rolstoel en al, maar we waren prima op tijd. Het behandelplan is aangepast met andere middelen. Eigenlijk moeten de wonden schoon weken in bad, maar ik kon de trap nog niet op!
Vrijdag lekker in de rolstoel voor het huis in het zonnetje gezeten. Daarna kwam om 3 uur de fysio en hebben we maar 1 doel afgesproken: leren traplopen zodat ik in bad kan zodat de wonden beter zullen genezen. Met de nodige tips en hulp lukte het om de trap op te komen.
Vrijdagmiddag gelijk in bad gelegen. De wonden zien er een stuk beter uit. Daarnaast slaap ik ’s nachts nu niet meer in de kamer maar in mijn eigen fijne bed. Heerlijk. Voor op de dag blijft het bed in de woonkamer nog in gebruik. (wondverzorging, rust).
De afgelopen weken wel veel last van hoofdpijn gehad. Gelukkig heb ik daar goede medicijnen voor die zorgen dat de pijn met een half uurtje weg is. De hoofdpijn komt doordat alle spieren rondom mijn nek, schouders en hoofd heel stijf zijn. Moet met oefeningen weer in beweging komen.
Het lopen wil nog niet zo vlotten. Wel komt de kracht terug. Daardoor verwacht ik dat ook het lopen steeds gemakkelijker zal gaan. Kan nu in de kamer voorzichtig zonder steun een paar stappen lopen, maar verder kom ik nog niet.
Tot slot van dit stukje wil ik nogmaals iedereen bedanken voor de steun die is gegeven. We hebben zo ontzettend veel reacties gekregen dat het onmogelijk is om iedereen persoonlijk te bedanken. Hartverwarmend, ook voor mijn gezin, deze fantastische steun in moeilijke tijden.

heel fijn om te lezen dat de weg omhoog weer is ingeslagen. Je hebt wel een helse achtbaanrit achter de rug. Hopelijk wordt de transplantatie straks een kalm rondje in de draaimolen.

Hopelijk kun je de krachten weer zo opbouwen dat de rolstoel weer weg kan en mag. Blijf maar fijn vooruit kijken en verder herstellen.

Die stapjes voor en achteruit zullen nog wel een heel poosje duren. Zo te lezen gaat het in iedergeval wel elke keer de goede richting op. Tja je mag mijn scootmobiel, mijn parkeerkaart maar mijn lift is een beetje moeilijk brengen denk ik 😉 Heerlijk dat je nu de trap op kan en lekker in bad of douche kan zitten. Je voelt je dan ook gelijk heel anders hé. Ik zou zo graag willen dat ik iets aan je hoodpijn kan doen maar ook dat [zoals de hele weg naar boven] kan ook alleen maar met oefenen, oefenen, oefenen.
Je hebt er zeer zeker de kracht voor al zal je sommige dagen zoiets hebben van pfff laat me ajb.
Het weer gaan lopen zal [achteraf] waarschijnlijk sneller gaan dan je denkt. Je weet t hé..op een berg kijk je pas naar beneden als je alle stappen er naar toe hebt afgelegd.
Je kan het hoor kanjer!!!

Heel blij om het positieve nieuws te lezen..heb vanaf dag 1 alles gelezen en gevolgd…met heel wat schrik, geef ik toe, dat kon toch niet, al die ellende,had een déja-vu. Had het volste vertrouwen in de SCT, je was sterk en heel positief, dus dat komt goed, dacht ik….effe anders gelopen. Nu is het inderdaad heel belangrijk om voldoende te herstellen en kracht op te doen. Een SCT is niet niks, hoe sterker hoe beter, en jou leeftijd zit mee, het is de ultieme kans op een nieuw leven.Eerst nog medicatie nemen en nog wat jaartjes wachten raad ik zeker niet aan…die helpt niet bij iedereen….en als de MF te ver is, word het heel moeilijk, dus aarzel niet. Ik volg u zeker verder op, weet hoe zwaar dit is voor u en u familie, maar men moet erdoor….hoop dat jullie binnen enkele maanden, blij en ontspannen kunnen lachen. Ik duim alvast voor het allerbeste, en volg u op beide fronten, bij MPN en op u blog. Warme, sterke knuffel.

Dein Vorschlag mit Deamon Tools habe ich auch schon probiert. Habe ein mini Image gemounted und Y.A.S.U ebenfalls gestartet, doch GTA 4 erkennt das es keine orginale DVD ist, ebenso bei dem full Image meiner GTA 4 DVD. Also ich kann machen was ich will, das Game wird nicht gelesen.Habe jetzt erstmal ein externes DVD-Laufwerk angeschlossen, so geht es vorübergehend, aber kein Dauerzustand.PS: GTA 4 ruckelt. Ich hau es bald echt weg.
